

"I've always been active - one of those kids who played every sport possible. I was what you might consider small for my age, but I didn't let it bother me. As I got older, I made it part of my day to workout in Oakville's local gym. It's what changed my life. I finally felt good about myself and exercising got me through some challenging times.

In my last year of high school, I knew I wanted to go to university for kinesiology. I've now been lifting weights for 17 years and helping people reach their goals through personal training for the last 13.

I feel there is far too much stress and negativity in today's world. My goal is to bring positive change into people's lives by helping them feel good about who they are through exercise that works for them."

APPROACH
Everyone has a warrior inside them. Some of them, just haven't found their armor.
Exercising doesn't always come easy. Some of us don't feel comfortable in a gym, don't like the idea of running, and can't imagine doing classes trying to follow difficult routines. Exercise can cause stress when really it's supposed to help take it away. Yet, we all have a reason to get in shape. Perhaps you have kids and want to have the energy to play with them. Maybe your doctor told you losing weight will help bring down your blood pressure or ease the pain on your joints. Or you just want to feel good about yourself again. Your reason is your motivation to get in shape. And you don't have to do it alone.
My job is to help you find your inner warrior and finally... the right fit of armour.
